Description
1. Assist Lease Administration in the day-to-day administration of all bank property leases, 3rd party leases and ATM licenses.
2. Primary functions will be to pay all landlord rents and expenses for leased propeties. Working with landlords to resolve billing issues and disputes.
3. Responsible for performing desktop audits of Landlord billings and real estate tax billings and CAM reconciliations
4. Responsible for obtaining, reviewing for accuracy and paying all real estate tax bills .
5. Assist as needed with preparation and analysis of 3rd party common area reconciliations.
6. Assist as needed with communicate with 3rd party tenants and property landlords as required to address issues.
7. Prepare and provide monthly reports to Real Estate Managers using information from Visual Lease Lease Management System concerning renewals, expirations, etc.
8. Ability to abstract and input key information pertaining to lease, sublease and license agreements into Visual Lease database.
9. Ability to research tax parcel information using county auditor sites and GIS mapping.
10. Ability to understand the financial aspects of and calculate complex CPI Rent increases, ATM percent rents and Common Area, Tax and Insurance calculations
11. Ability to work in a Team environment
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 1+ years prior Commercial Real Estate or Legal experience especially dealing with Commercial leases required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding, knowledge and proficiency in of Commercial Real Estate terms and definitions.
• Proficiency using Excel and Word and experience with real estate management systems.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Experience working with databases.
