The Reservation Sales Agent will handle all incoming reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism. The agent will be able to sell the hotel and resort facilities and services, answer questions on rates and special promotions, and make reservations, process changes and cancellations.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
As a Benchmark Hospitality Reservation Sales Associate, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and booking reservations for guests interested in staying at one of our luxury resorts or hotels.
You will provide an exceptional experience for our guests by understanding their needs and empowering them with detailed information and descriptions about our properties.
You will work in a fun, team-first environment where you will be expected to make positive contributions in a variety of ways.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & WORK EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational/Technical Training with experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Computer skills
• Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs
• Excellent oral communication skills a must
• Aggressive, outgoing and self-motivating individual with pleasant personality
• Ability to effectively interact with customers, management staff and other employees in a professional manner
• Knowledge of the internet preferred
• Knowledge of the GDS and Extranets preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
