Opportunity Overview
The Investment Advisory Service area of Edward Jones is seeking a results-oriented individual to join their team. Duties include working closely with Edward Jones branch teams, providing assistance related to the firm's various financial tools and responding to written and verbal requests from branch associates regarding operational, technical and client account questions. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for customer service, analytical problem-solving abilities and has a bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
Position Requirements
•Master operational aspects of Edward Jones Advisory Solutions accounts
•Series 7 and Series 66 securities preferred but not required
•Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred
•Excellent customer service skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong problem solving and analytical skills
•Must be able to multi task and follow up appropriately with resolution
