Responsibilities

We partner with hiring managers at all levels of the firm to translate their business needs into a sourcing and talent acquisition strategy.
Qualifications
• o Ideally 5-7 plus years of experience as an in-house recruiter in a complex organization
◦ Experience handling large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
◦ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, (iCIMS is a big plus)
◦ A strong track record in successfully implementing a wide variety of sourcing methodologies to introduce diverse talent to the firm. Demonstrated creative approach in recruiting for potential and not just for existing skill set.
◦ Proven experience in working within a team and environment
◦ Significant experience in recruiting for the Nashville and nearby markets.
◦ Proven experience in working with senior leaders and acting as a partner and constructive challenger, willing to ask questions and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to learn a new business and industry
◦ Financial services industry experience is a plus
◦ Ability to delegate and manage workflow for recruiting coordinators, building a trusting and highly connected relationship and clear understanding of the division of work and responsibilities on the team.
◦ High impact communication, ability to manage up and manage workload independently
