Orion Advisor Services, LLC, an affiliate company of NorthStar Financial Services Group, LLC, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who will be charged with monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals.
The marketing operations manager will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, database management, technology and operations. They will assist in making predictions about the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and spot efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole.
We are seeking a motivated and creative problem solver, focused on marketing performance analysis. This role will assist in efforts to continually improve the quality of critical data within our database and partner with our demand gen and content teams on analysis of segments and campaign performance in order to hit our marketing goals.
The ideal candidate is someone who can take responsibility and ownership of data quality; has exceptional attention to detail; and is able to spot inconsistencies, track down root causes, and creatively identify solutions and opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Responsible for critical marketing prospect data (account, contact, lead, etc.) and data quality processes.
• Understand and manage data entry points.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete or inaccurate data and drive corrective actions.
• Assist in defining, documenting, and maintaining process flows as well as policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Ensure marketing campaign funnels and customer behavior flows are tagged and tracked accurately for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Set up standard processes, data infrastructure, operational best practices across marketing organization.
• Evaluate data using statistical techniques and software. Ability to create charts, graphs, and other visual aids to present the results of their research.
• Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or repot information for end-using system tools and database.
• Analyze data, identify trends, implement optimizations on a day to day basis across digital and offline marketing channels, building dashboards and delivering timely reports to support analyses.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance in alignment with marketing strategy and company objectives.
• Help establish KPIs and delivery cadence for sharing across the wider marketing team and organization.

Requirements
• At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, business, analytics or related field, preferably in SaaS or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Communications degree strongly preferred
