Job Title Business Operations Analyst, Consultant
What does a great Business Operations Analyst, Consultant do?
You will manage daily activities for a service that produces significant revenue and directly impacts cardholders and Fiserv’s image. You will work in a dynamic work environment that offers the opportunity to build processes, gain efficiencies and most importantly, make a difference for our clients by assisting them with day to day operational issues that impact them.
In this role, you can look forward to these essential responsibilities:
• Designing and developing standard and ad hoc reporting; this consists of collecting, analyzing and reporting data to meet business and user needs.
• Coordinating extraction, normalization and analysis of data from multiple databases and varied resources
• Interacting with Card Services departments to provide analytical support and process improvements
• Contributing to planning and designing business processes and systems; providing SME support on projects related to chargeback and adjustment tools
• Conducting monthly reviews of revenue streams, staffing models and trends for chargebacks and adjustments
• Identifying and interpreting fraud and chargeback/adjustment trends and translating those findings that impact the business unit

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Minimum of 2 years business operations experience in a call center or financial operations atmosphere with production output as a priority
• Experience within Card Industry or specific product knowledge (i.e., Chargebacks/Disputes, Credit, Debit, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with complex data collection, analysis and report writing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Tableau and SQL
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a client facing role or in a call center environment
• Fiserv Card Services specific knowledge of DMS, SPC, VROL, SMTM, etc.
Travel required: 15%
