Job Title Service Executive II
What does a great Client Care Manager do?
Under minimal supervision, you will lead the resolution of operational issues raised by clients and/or sales partners across FRMS. You will understand FRMS tools and resources to effectively research and resolve issues with invoice/billing, contracts or other administrative tasks brought up by the client or sales partners. May collaborate with clients directly to understand the issue and report back resolution. You will also partner with Client Executives on cross FRMS initiatives related to reference ability, LTR (likely to recommend) and other voice of the client activities.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in business highly preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within customer service related role.
• Experience indicating an understanding of / or ability to quickly acquire in depth knowledge of multiple product lines in support of the responsibilities above.
• Experience indicating ability as an independent problem solver able to tackle problems without precedents or guidelines and demonstrating strong integrity.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple functional groups.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, time management, decision-making and organizational skills required
• Expertise with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Build strong relationships internally and with key partners to deliver excellent customer service and support
• Strong communications skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge of solution sales methodology, customer buying process, and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to effectively react in dynamic, customer facing situations.
• Knowledge of the Account Management function and Account Management processes within a software organization.
• Significant knowledge of the different functional groups of the organization and the roles that they play in relation to Account Management and each other.
• High degree of professionalism in appearance and manner.
• Travel required: 10%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Serving financial institutions, specifically banks and insurance companies highly preferred
• Understanding of the workings of a broad range of financial institutions, financial processes and financial instrument
