The Marketing & Communication Division of the Single-Family Office of the Client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to be part of the Single-Family Marketing & Communications Operations team. This position is responsible for all aspects of organizing and coordinating division programs as well as overseeing the operational progress.
Your work falls into the following primary category:
Marketing and Communications Program Management:
•Organizes and leads working groups throughout the program life cycle.
•Develops, coordinates and monitors master project plans which include scheduling, planning, and performance of Single-Family marketing and communications initiatives.
•Ensures adherence to plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and works with stakeholder from various departments.
•Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
•Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
•Manages daily operations with vendors.
•Implements and mitigates changes and risks to ensure project goals are achieved.
•Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas needing improvement.
Qualifications
•Typically has a minimum of 8 years of program management experience with a thorough understanding of marketing and program management techniques and methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, and/or appropriate related work experience.
•Experience in planning, managing and executing successful marketing campaign plans.
•Experience in managing vendor relationships.
•Strong understanding of program workflow using marketing workflow technology.
•In addition to Microsoft Word and Excel, strong knowledge of the following technologies: workflow/project management tools, SharePoint, Visio, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, and other data and creative-centric programs.
