As the Associate National Account Director, you will be responsible for strategically identifying new business opportunities by leveraging B2B sales relationships and corporate marketing initiatives including, but not limited to: Legal Services, Real Estate Services, Land Services, and Government. Utilizing strong consultative selling experience combined with stellar closing skills, strong presentation and demonstration abilities and your real time understanding of the competitive landscape, you will generate and grow your book of business. Your demonstrated ability to utilize technology and analyze market data to craft a plan will enable you to sell value added propositions to executives and end users.
Essential Functions
• Meeting sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management
• Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities remote and face-to-face
• Ongoing responsibility to build the customer relationship and servicing the customer’s needs throughout the entire sales cycle
• Developing business contacts with lenders, servicers, investors, secondary market and hedge fund companies
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• Required minimum of 3-5 years’ sales experience
• Must have developed business contacts and proven sales record
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong “phone” presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate First American Mortgage Solutions in a professional manner via presentations to existing/potential clients
• Excellent customer-service expertise managing high level / high visibility accounts in a corporate environment
• Ability to be self-managed to achieve goals and project timelines
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com or comparable sales tracking program
Typical Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
License or Certification
• Requires a valid driver’s license.
