Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serving as the voice of Investors Bank, exceeding service expectations. Building customer loyalty through courteous professional service according to the Bank's established Sales and Service Standards. Ensuring continued customer satisfaction and retention of all existing customer relationships. Accurately recording all pertinent information required for research, adjustments or resolution of customer requests. Collaborating with all business partners supporting departments and branches to achieve success in resolving the customer's issue. Demonstrating the Bank's Core Values and business goals in all actions. Client Care is a Telecommuting Department, requiring minimum 2 days per month reporting to Robbinsville and as required for training and/or staff meetings. All Specialists work rotating shifts based upon the needs of the business.
• Handle Customer Inquiries via Telephone 90%, Secure Chat 5%, Emails 3%, Rightfax 2%
• Complete Administrative tier 1 and tier 2 tasks for ATM/Loan Servicing/Online Banking
• Follow fraud assessment protocol and complete Fraud Monitoring tasks
• Assure customer inquiries are answered, customer is kept informed and incidents closed meeting Service Level Agreements
