As a Senior Office Services Associate based in Los Angeles, you will be an integral piece to the overall mission, effectively executing day-to-day tasks and acting as a vital operational link to site management. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong ability partner and engage with business clients and the ability to lead and influence as a consultative business partner.
The Sr. Office Services Associate’s role will focus on providing reception management support to investment professionals, investment assistants, and high profile visitors. Additional responsibilities include:
• Vendor/Facilities work order coordination
• Operations & office logistics (including administrative services, workplace initiatives, partnerships with food & beverage teams as well as investment professionals)
• Cultivation and maintenance of existing internal and external client relationships
• Office Safety & Security and visitor management
Hiring Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment required; hospitality and/or operations background preferred plus an aptitude for budgeting and business analysis
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation; energetic and outgoing approach required
• Strong communication, organization, and project management and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, humility, and team orientation
• Intermediate computer skills required (MS Office Suite) and Pinnacle and AMAG security software preferred
