Program Manager, Inclusion and Engagement

What you’ll do
• Execute strategic priorities with Chief Inclusion and Engagement Officer
• Coordinate activities and events relating to affinity groups and mentorship program
• Liaise with investment professional and investment services teams on matters related to Firm connectivity and diversity, recruitment and retention
• Research culture, diversity, inclusion and engagement best practices to generate strategic plans
• Maintain and strengthen relationships and partnerships across the Firm
• Project manage our employee engagement survey, which includes managing relationships with external vendors. Analyze data and create presentations with findings
• Ad-hoc project work
What’s required
• 3+ years of experience in an agency, corporate communications and/or marketing role
• Strong written communication; ability to create and implement social media content in a fast-paced environment
• Public Relations experience preferred
• Superior problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical skills including the ability to design visual assets and edit video using Adobe Creative Suite and maintain WordPress websites
• Basic programming skills a plus
• Bachelor’s degree

• Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
