Role Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support, data entry, reporting, record keeping, employer liaison and involvement with various administrative functions for the MCO Executive team.
Role Responsibilities:
• Provides clerical support as needed such as typing, filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning
• Handles phone triage for incoming business and employer calls
• Fills in at Receptionist’s Desk if needed
• Distributes incoming executive mail, including research of unidentifiable mail
• Collection and data entry of MCO weekly statistics
• Liaison for building and office needs
• Coordinates conference room scheduling and set-up
• Stocks kitchenette and coordinates luncheons/company events
• Coordinates Executive schedules
• Handles other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• 1+ years in a similar role
• Strong prioritization skills
• Ability to adhere to strict timelines
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal customer service skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Computer skills with familiarity of both Google and Microsoft products preferred
