A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
• Utilize a servicer-approved client requirements document to confirm that fees and costs have been submitted appropriately by vendors, have sufficient cost documentation and approval, and have been classified appropriately within servicer systems.

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• Complete a review of corporate advances per applicable investor or agency guidelines to determine if attorney fees and costs billed to Client have exceeded applicable investor or agency allowables.
• Complete a review of transfer advances, against supporting invoices provided by Client. Meet minimum daily production quota while maintaining a high degree of quality.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• An Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Must be able to provide clear, concise written responses that are recorded in the client’s invoice processing system.
• Ability to learn and retain complex information quickly and efficiently.
• Mortgage Default experience in the servicing/invoicing arena a plus, but not required.
