The Team
In this role on the Ethics Compliance team, you will help ensure that Fidelity protects its reputation and complies with the laws and regulations relating to employee activities that could present a conflict of interest for the firm. You will support the team providing guidance to associates across the firm on various Ethics Office policies by reviewing certain activity requests and ensuring that effective standards and controls are in place. You will help automate our processes and drive innovation to improve the associate experience. As part of the broader team, you may work across Fidelity with business partners in asset management, brokerage, private equity, healthcare, technology, legal, and compliance, among others.
The Expertise You Have
• Some experience in operational activities and process management required
• Interest in applying new technology-based solutions to internal control processes
• College degree required, with 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Background in compliance, audit, or customer service helpful

The Value You Deliver
• Reviewing, analyzing, and dispositioning employees’ outside activities and investments to ensure compliance with regulatory restrictions and internal policies, escalating complex situations to a manager or more experienced members of the team.
• Ability to manage regular and confidential reporting from development through delivery (i.e., generation, distribution, reconciliation, and certification)
• Maintaining controls and operating procedures and identifying potential improvements for consideration.
• Providing guidance to associates on Ethics policies, including the Code of Ethics and outside activities, escalating more complex questions/issues to a manger or more experienced members of the team.
• Contributing to the development of technological solutions related to compliance with Ethics policies
