Job Description
Project Services Specialist
In the role of Project Service Specialist you will be on your own initiative and with limited supervision, performing advanced/complex duties and/or specialized functions in support of creative services projects and activities. The key responsibility is to serve as a link between Creative Services and Marketing (or other internal clients) to drive multiple creative projects to completion: on time, on budget and on specification, with primary focus on Financial Advisor (FA) Marketing projects within the Private Wealth Management business.
As a Project Service Specialist, you will:
• Provide project management to Creative Services and Digital Communications team members by directing their activities to meet the project objectives.
• Collaborate with other Project Services Specialists in recommending creative and digital team assignments based on scheduling and workloads.
• Manage multiple FA Marketing projects, including facilitation of project briefs and project kick-off meetings, scope of work, facilitating approvals, managing expectations and timelines.
• Manage relationships with individual project requestors, including timely flow of information within the project team and to/from the requestor.
• Document the progress of each project and conduct post-project analysis with individual project requestors as needed.

What we look for:
• Bachelor’s degree required and 2 years of related experience strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of creative and production processes; graphic design software and print production experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator including ability to facilitate meetings; capable of creating clear, simple written explanations of processes and recommendations.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and capable of dealing with different personalities in a variety of situations; exceptional follow-through skills; detail-oriented.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, project management software and virtual meeting tools such as Adobe Connect or Lync.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently or with a team and with minimal supervision (independent thinker and problem solver).
• Accuracy, attention to detail, focus on solutions, exceptional customer service and creative thinking are significant aspects of this position.
