This internship will be part of First Tennessee's TREASURY MGMT group.
Position is located in Memphis, TN.
This Internship will provide:
• Knowledge of the company’s First Power culture, vision and mission statements

Our Internship program is a 9 week PAID program that starts on Monday, June 3, 2019 and runs through Friday, August 2, 2019.
Intern Objective:
The goal of this internship program within Treasury Management Services is to provide the Intern with a fulfilling and meaningful experience that demonstrates how the many roles within Treasury Management work together to provide value to our clients.
Value for the Intern:
The Intern will benefit from the opportunity to work in a fast pace, professional environment and complete a “hands on”, collaborative experience within each of our teams. They will complete a cycle with each of the different Treasury Management teams – TM Business Enablement, TM Product, TM Onboarding, TM Sales and TM Risk.
This survey will provide the Intern with a comprehensive view of the Treasury Management business and allow them to several different career paths within the Treasury line of business.
Job Description:
• Treasury Management Intern will complete a 9 week rotation through each area of Treasury Management to experience a practical and first hand view of all areas of the business.
• Rotations will include:
• 2 weeks with Treasury Management Business Enablement
• 2 weeks with Treasury Management Product Management
• 2 weeks with Treasury Management Onboarding
• 2 weeks with Treasury Management Sales
• 1 Week with Treasury Management Risk
• The Intern will work directly with Treasury Management team members to complete 4-5 small projects specific to each department's job function during these two week rotations (one project for each rotation)
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Average 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:
▪ Demonstrated ability to use all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel). Prefer advanced Excel user with pivot table experience. Access database construction and management experience could be useful.
▪ Good organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize tasks
▪ Strong written/verbal communication skills and must be comfortable communicating with customers and all levels of management
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team on simultaneous projects or initiatives. Must be a proficient multi-tasker and comfortable taking direction from multiple people
▪ Good analysis, research, and problem-solving skills
▪ Experience with general office administrative and clerical tasks
