PGIM Operations & Systems provides the operations and technology support that contributes to PGIM being a world-class investment manager. We supply transaction-level support, generate and report investment results and ensure that our investment results are accurately reflected on our books and records.
All the desks within PGF require an individual who has strong analytical skills, is able to research and resolve outstanding items independently, works well in a team environment, completes one’s responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner and who exhibits good interpersonal skills. Aside from the daily responsibilities, the individual is also expected to work on various assigned projects and become more actively involved in the development and implementation of value added initiatives. Not only will such projects challenge the individual and broaden their scope of knowledge, but also benefit the group by streamlining and/or creating efficiencies to current work processes.
Incumbents in this position will be required to support the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions. This individual may provide on-the-job training and direction to staff, but do not typically have responsibility for personnel related aspects of a supervisory position (e.g., hiring, performance evaluation, resource allocation). Incumbents in this role will research and resolve the most complex transactions and may provide summary reporting for senior management review. They will also be required to interact with other areas to resolve issues. Incumbents typically have three or more years of experience and have proven knowledge of a product area and its processes.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry requirements necessary to support the processes within PGF including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank regulations.
• Ability to develop an understanding of how the group fits into the larger organization and considers information from the customers’ perspective so we can better meet their needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in a tactful, diplomatic manner.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to complete both daily and long term assignments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• College degree.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate and work well in a team environment.

The position is located in Newark, New Jersey.
