As a Senior Director of Sales Enablement Strategies you’ll deliver a world-class onboarding experience to our customers and ensure they experience the full value of our capabilities/platforms. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of day-to-day customer onboarding operations. You’ll report to the VP Sales Innovation based out of our office here in Atlanta, GA
Key rresponsibilities include,
• Ensure delivery of a world-class customer onboarding experience by overseeing the entire customer Sales & implementation lifecycle, including working closely with the Sales, Product Development, and Solution Delivery teams to prepare project proposals
• Building strategic plan for resource allocation in alignment with goals
• Fully understand and be able to demonstrate industry leading product positioning, pricing and competitive analysis in a classroom setting
• Manage customer expectations/escalations with a well thought out action plan and drive product roadmap to continuously improve the customer onboarding experience
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients; influence future lifetime value through higher adoption of products and services during implementation and customer satisfaction/NPS
• Provide strategic vision, leadership, mentorship, and motivation to world-class team; foster a continuous learning environment; actively assist in recruiting and hiring top talent for the team as needed
• Understand Payments industry best practices and competition landscape and evaluate applicability to incorporate leading practices into our on-boarding program
• Define and manage operational metrics from high-level KPIs to individual scorecards
Qualifications
To be successful, you’ll need exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills. You must have a demonstrated ability to manage resources across multiple locations and work effectively in a matrixed environment. At minimum, the qualifications and experience required of this role include:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of strong leadership experience, with a focus on leading customer-facing organizations, program and project management, and B2B SaaS onboarding (for small business and/or enterprise size customers, systems implementation, professional services, and/or training).
• Expert level understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Big 4 Consulting experience in a technical project management function is a big plus
• Payments industry experience is a plus
