Operates as a Chief of Staff. Strong business partner with the Branch Manager. Manages managers and multiple direct reports. Proven track record in developing and promoting branch staff members. Solid strategic planning skills – plans, develops, and implements business processes that enable the Branch meet its business objectives. Adept at optimizing available resources to execute the Branch’s operational model. Excellent presentation and communication skills. In partnership with corporate operations departments., looks for opportunities to improve operational guidelines for all branches. Typically manages a branch 12.5+ million PCs with more than 150 FPs and 3 or more locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ Years of Experience -- Series 7 & 24 Required --- Able to resolve conflicts and problems independently. Strong leadership Skills. Ability to function independently. Proactive decision-making skills. Strong ability to collaborate Strong communication skills. Full understanding of the organization's financial performance and how various factors influence results. Ability to manage remotely.
