Responsibilities
• Consults with various department managers to develop requisition details, job descriptions, ideal candidate profiles, screening questions, and interview procedures
• Provides full cycle recruiting including maintaining ATS (applicant tracking system) portal with continuous training for employees, creating, approving and posting all requisitions
• Follow up with all managers including status updates, reporting, and other information as needed
• Communicate regularly with managers on candidate status
• Conduct background/employment verifications
• Negotiate and manage the offer process (reviewed, extended, and followed through with offers to the onboarding process)
• Maintain EEOC compliance through ATS system with regards to requisitions, onboarding, offer letters, background checks, and any other applicable sources
• Follow and/or establish employment eligibility processes (Visa’s, TN’s etc.)
• Maintain relationships with outside recruiting sources/services including contract negotiations offering contract and direct employees for the placement of specialized candidates
• Other recruiting projects may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year experience in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates
• Creativity with proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environments
• Ability to relate and interface well with all levels of the organization
• Strong technical ability with web-based applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytic and communication skills
