This role is responsible to be a part of the team responsible for College Recruitment for Freedom Mortgage.
Essential Job Functions:
• Manage end to end recruiting process for university candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Sources, screens and interviews applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize ATS and other available job boards.
• Posts positions and maintains applicant tracking system in accordance with company standards.
• Interviews, tests, and refers candidates to the appropriate employment position.
• Arranges for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
• Establishes and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Advises managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
• May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications; online and print.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Cultivates a relationship with key colleges local to our main sites to get top college talent.
• Ability to achieve annual college recruitment goals.
• Travel is up to 40-50% ( Local travel)
