Responsible for paperwork preparation, presentations, opening new accounts, answering the phone, calendar maintenance, expense reports and other duties as assigned. Must be

This position will play a key role in supporting Commerce Trust Company’s achievement of our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Partnering with a team of Wealth Management Consultants (WMC), this individual will help implement our marketing and sales efforts to drive new business. This individual will provide value through the support of strategic marketing campaigns and on-going marketing touches.
Examples of responsibilities:
-- Management of daily administrative tasks to ensure efficiencies in the business development teams
-- Preparation of pre-call agendas and prospecting meetings including presentations and compilation of sales kits
-- Aid in the implementation of marketing strategies as outlined by WMC along with Commerce Marketing Department for new business opportunities
-- Produce reports on sales and marketing metrics
-- Assist with organizing a variety of events
-- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of campaigns
-- Prepare regular sales pipeline reports
-- Partner with the wealth management team to maintain current reporting in CRM system
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)
Qualified candidates should have:
-- College degree or 1-3 years of related experience.
-- Required skills include ability to work energetically, independently and within a team environment.
-- Ability to work under short time constraints.
-- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
-- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
-- Tech Savvy
