Nasdaq BWise is one of the leaders in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) market. Our web-based SaaS, PaaS and on-prem applications enable our customers to manage their risks, to perform internal audits and to monitor compliance to keep their business in control.
The Customer Success Analyst works closely with Solutions development, Sales management, and other key Customer Success personnel. The primary responsibility of this position is to work on support related issues related to the BWise software, to design customer success best practices and support the North America Sales & Solutions development team with analysis, development of initiatives.
The Customer Success Analyst works closely with Solutions development, Sales management, and other key Customer Success personnel. The primary responsibility of this position is to work in the BWise software, to design customer success best practices and support the North America Sales & Solutions development team with analysis, development of initiatives, reporting and activity tracking.
Resolving support issues related to Pentaho, ETL Scripts and Database Scripts.
Develop SQL queries to validate integrity and accuracy of data within ETL process.
Resolving support issues related to Business Objects, Universes and reports. Creation of Universe in BI and related reports.
Design Customer Success processes that follow best practices and are time bound and measurable
Create and automate rules based processes on contact models, using if/then statements, filtering, and other logic
Aid sales leaders in analysis, development of initiatives, tracking and reporting on activities and health of customers
Provide ad hoc analysis as needed
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
• Education Required: Bachelor's degree required, comparable experience may be substituted
• Experience Required: At least 3 years (in Business Objects, Creation of Universe and Reports, ETL)
