Description
The duties include the following.
·Answer multi-line phone and redirect calls in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Greet and assist all visitors and vendors.
·Receive incoming documents and deliveries. Alert receiving party.
·Maintain Front Desk Help Sheet, Receptionist Binder and TX Department Directories.Send internal announcements and bulletins, upon approval.
·Schedule and maintain conference room calendars.
·Oversee general appearance of lobby.Ensure tidy reception desk and lobby.
·Communicate with vendors regarding supplies and necessary maintenance.Report building maintenance issues to appropriate party.
·Manage inventory, ordering and distribution of breakroom supplies for the entire office.
·Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook, issuing and controlling visitor badges.
·Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.
• Mortgage experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with specific deadlines.
• Ability to interact with all levels of individuals, both internal and external.
• Professional dress and demeanor.
• Regular in-person attendance.
• Must demonstrate commitment, dependability and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule.
• Ability to remain seated for extended amounts of time while working on a computer and answering telephones.
• Long periods of viewing data on a computer screen and/or paper are a necessity.
• Must be able to distribute supplies to all floors of our Franklin location. Must be able to unload and organize supplies in drawers or cabinets. Able to wipe down tables, move chairs and stack objects.
• Requires good hand-eye coordination; arm, hand, and finger dexterity; and visual acuity to use a keyboard and decipher written information.
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects upwards of 20 pounds.
• Able to problem solve by assessing and identifying causes, gathering relevant information and generate possible solutions.
• Ability to cope with stress of position and meet deadlines for completing tasks.
• High School diploma or GED, college degree a plus.
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 25
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
