About our Business Unit:
Bank Solutions delivers technology products and services for community, regional and large financial institutions, whether they process in-house or through an outsourced service center. This group is responsible for product management and development, service delivery and client support related to the Fiserv bank platforms – Premier, Precision, Cleartouch and Signature. Each comprehensive suite helps clients improve customer service and streamline back-office operations by providing mission-critical banking functionality while also serving as a delivery channel for an array of other advanced, value-adding Fiserv solutions.
What does a great Implementation Analyst do?
• Conducts system evaluations for institution’s current system to determine if the appropriate Fiserv products are represented as well as client workflow, setup requirements, etc.
• Provides data analysis and mapping from other eBanking systems to Fiserv applications for new business to Fiserv as well as migration projects to our Fiserv service bureau environment
• Provides product installations for all applicable electronic banking products for new business as well as migration projects to our Fiserv service bureau environment. Involves walking clients through setup and procedures and may include conducting client presentations.
• Training new clients on product features and provides ongoing training as needed for existing clients.
• Develops test plans to assure that the client's installations/conversions work properly with product features and that new features for the institution work as expected.
• Propose products to Clients that would enhance Clients' productivity.
• Provide advice or analysis that may influence the client with the allocation of their resources throughout and after the project.
• Provides technical telephone and/or on-site applications support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product. Handle client calls and issues involving moderate to medium complex technical issues.

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma is required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Business is helpful. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Previous experience working in a client services or client facing role required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience with a Fiserv core or online banking products (Premier, Precision, Signature, Cleartouch, DNA, COASP) is preferred
• Financial Industry experience is helpful
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Server including such functions as IIS and basic networking high preferred.
• Database experience preferred (Microsoft SQL or IBM DB2)
Travel Required
: Ability to travel (< 10%)
