Job Title Program Manager Enterprise Risk Programs

We seek a Program Manager, Enterprise Risk
to work closely with the risk assessment teams, Director, Manager Risk Process Engineering, key partners and business leaders to drive the successful implementation of risk assessment programs at Fiserv. The Program Manager’s job is to ensure the successful implementation of process changes, meeting business objectives for measured improvements.
This role will be located in Alpharetta, GA.
What does an outstanding Enterprise Risk Program Manager do?
• Works with the Director, Manager Risk Process Engineering, business partners, and leaders to understand business objectives and identify and deliver necessary objectives
• Plans and monitors the execution of process improvement initiatives
• Establishes scope, creates communication plans, identifies and handles program risks and issues
• Ensures success measures are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively drives expected outcomes
• Establishes project governance including roles and responsibilities, decision rights and issue resolution
• Serves on the Performance Analytics leadership team and establishes project dashboards, timelines and key metrics for determining the overall health of all initiatives within the process program
• Develops and fosters effective professional relationships with peers and business partners
• Delivers projects with defined scope on time and within budget
• Keeps all stakeholders engaged in the project, aligned on outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout the project
• Proactively communicates project progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring transparency throughout the effort
• Works effectively with process improvement team, risk functions, ETG, Business Divisions, Audit and Legal to ensure readiness for the implementation of improvements
• Partners with Manager, Risk Process Engineering to ensure adequate support for process improvement efforts
• The Program Manager will have the potential to grow area of responsibility and move into other leadership roles in ER&R and throughout Fiserv
• Travel will be primarily domestic with periodic international travel as necessary. Travel should range from 10% to 20% annually
What do we need from you?
• 5 or more years of project management and program leadership experience
• Experience leading large enterprise initiatives impacting multiple functional areas
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
It would fantastic if you also have:
• PMP Certification
• Experience with application of Lean/Six Sigma and statistical analysis methods to business problems
• Experience with risk program management.
