We're looking for self-motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships to join our team as a Client Service Associate in one of these locations:
• Cedar Falls, IA
• Des Moines, IA

Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be making a difference every day. There's a variety of work you'll do which includes:
• Serve as the direct point of contact for the administration of the retirement plans by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with our retirement plan clients to ensure profitability for all stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
• Partner with retirement plan service representatives and marketers to enhance relationships between customers and the company.
• Deliver accurate and timely retirement plan administrative and marketing services.
Never worked with retirement plans before? Not a problem - we're here to help.
You’ll get in depth training on our retirement products and processes to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications:
While we prefer candidates with retirement plan experience, candidates will have:
Skills required:
• Bachelor's degree or eight years of related work experience.
Successful candidates will have the following:
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Work independently within a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall Pension goals.
• The ability to learn basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services.
