Description
The Recruiting Coordinator I is responsible for providing consistent administrative support to the Recruiting Team. In this position, you will complete actions within established service level agreements with accuracy. The selected incumbent will have to gain an understanding of the recruiting end to end process; including variances that may exist within business lines and the recruiting tools and systems. This role will develop strong partnerships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers and in order to provide an efficient and positive recruiting experience.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Schedule interviews which may include one to one or several interviewers for entry level to senior level positions, reserve conference rooms, set up video conference, manage and communicate travel arrangements, process expense reimbursements and create itineraries and communications
• Complete pre-employment screening actions which includes identifying when it is required and submitting correct case, following up with candidates to provide assistance and ensure actions are completed timely, following up with recruiters and hiring managers to provide case completion status
• Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to initiate hire and pre-onboarding actions while offering a smooth transition to the Human Resources Shared Services team for new hire support
• Assist with formatting and posting job descriptions in the Recruiter Tool
• Provide quality check or support to recruiters with offer letter creation process
• Provide support to the recruiting team and candidates who require assistance to complete actions in the recruiting applicant tracking system (Taleo) such as applying and completing online offer acceptance, escalate issues and trends appropriately
• Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate problem solving ability when assisting candidates, recruiting and hiring managers and other stakeholders with scheduling interviews and other recruiting support functions
• Embed risk management by behaving according to the principles of Citizen's policies, encouraging behaviors consistent with a safe & sound risk culture, fair treatment of customers and our regulatory obligations
• Support administrative or business line specific actions to support the recruiting and hiring process
• Participate in projects and identify process improvements and solutions to issues, as applicable
Qualifications
Required:
• 0-2 years administrative or relevant work experience
• 1 years customer service experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and complete assigned work accurately and timely
• Strong follow up, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment and independently
Preferred:
• Working knowledge of Taleo
• Interview scheduling experience
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 8:00am-4:30pm or based on business line needs
