Description
The Branch Channel Team Lead will be responsible for working together with Distribution Strategy and Branch Design teams to ensure we deliver spaces that present the correct working environment based on each specific demographic model and that the build falls within designated budget. The individual will provide oversight to ensure builds are progressing as expected, the design elements are working as intended and they are creating the appropriate working atmosphere. This individual must work closely with the Properties team, Marketing, Retail Business Partners, Distribution Strategy and other Business partners as needed to ensure alignment with the over program requirements.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Execution of the design elements of the branch builds. This includes completing the initial programming cost to build and value engineering which requires budget oversight
• Work closely with business partners to continue to evaluate the process, create avenues of continuous improvement and utilize expertise to evolve the branch of the future builds
• Work with Distribution Strategy and Properties to validate branch action selection, type of reformat, scope of work and timing/delivery
• Apply Indirect oversight to team members
• Validate that the new branch builds support the overall intended customer experience and produce the expected results. This requires working with the Branch Colleague Prep team to gather feedback and evaluate adjustments needed to layouts in support of branch initiative and business partner routines
• Support the OCR process by becoming a direct partner with Properties leadership, and the OCR team. This position will be accountable for understanding the progress of the builds and working to ensure timely delivery
• Focus on Punchlist items, timely completion of remaining work to complete, Evaluating Day 2 or add to scope items for value vs. reward
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of Retail branch/Properties experience or related experience - including management, ability to understand budget, understand branch design, branch operations and general regulatory requirements
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong ability to influence and build partnerships
• Strong ability to present to senior leadership
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
