Position Description
The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Administrator Transparency Reporting team. Administrator Transparency Reporting (ATR) addresses key investor concerns related to net asset value (NAV) calculation including asset and liability confirmation and reconciliation, independent price verification, counterparty risk concentration, fair value hierarchy (ASC 820) level classifications, among other administrative processing services. The Operations Analyst interacts with accounting, operations, and development groups internally, as well as externally with clients and service providers.
What you’ll do:
In the reporting function, you will be working closely with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting to understand the client’s portfolio and fund structure as well as to ensure all required deliverables are complete. To do this, you will perform various types of reconciliations to ensure that data is accurate and client service expectations are met.
As the record keeper for the fund, you will be responsible for collecting and maintaining security pricing details in various formats from the vendors as well as broker quote. Additionally, you will manage the documentation of processes and procedures relating to individual client needs.
You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support when necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries.

Position Requirements
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
Internship or other relevant professional experience preferred.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.
