As a Marketing Process Analyst you are an analytical/modeling resource within the Progressive Media Team that will play a critical role in the continued advancement of our media algorithms including response, yield, and lifetime value models by investigating and testing new predictive variables and modeling techniques. You will also be tasked with expanding our capabilities across marketing campaigns (Direct Mail, Email, Display, etc.) and increasing our automation/machine learning capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the cutting edge of marketing through our ever increasing reliance on statistical modeling and data infrastructures to optimize our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will enjoy the entrepreneurial feel of the job and will need to work well in independent settings, as they will consistently treading in new territory without existing roadmaps for success.
Duties and responsibilities
• Consult with internal customers to determine project scope, purpose, deliverables and success metrics
• Formulate overall methodology to successfully complete projects which can include collaborating with your team
• Gather and verify data
• Present project analysis results to your customers with actionable recommendations and conclusions
• Serve as contact for reporting needs/issues regarding various marketing data
Must have qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study (Math, Economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science)
• One year of property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience such as analytical work in a professional setting

• Familiarity with business processes and system knowledge preferred
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets
• Intermediate knowledge of additional reporting tools, such as, such as Tableau, PDW, R, or SAS
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong data management skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
