Sr Analyst, Marketing Campaign Strategy
The Marketing Campaign Strategy team is responsible for improving the speed and ease of marketing across all prospect, customer, and partner channels within the Consumer Marketing Services Organization. The Senior Analyst, Marketing Campaign Strategy will be focused on collecting marketing execution feedback and providing creative solutions to address execution pain points by partnering with colleagues across the Blue Box. This high exposure role offers a unique opportunity to influence consumer marketing strategies, to improve core internal marketing functions, and to deliver process/business efficiencies.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who has great partnership skills and is able to challenge status quo and think outside the box.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent CMS business needs and contribute to the overall vision and roadmap of Marketingforce.
• · Drive projects, coordinate communications, and streamline processes to drive efficiencies for marketing execution.
• Manage and promote marketing execution feedback form to collect pain points and assess prioritization.
• Manage and lead change management of Campaign Execution Transformation initiatives through education and training.
• Partner with key stakeholders to define and enable future evolution of marketing strategy and associated campaign execution requirements.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of marketing processes or capabilities at American Express.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities.
• Ability to simultaneously drive multiples projects, in different phases, towards completion.
• Strong business, marketing and/or technology acumen to identify new opportunities that will drive marketing efficiency and innovation.
• Strategic and creative thinker that can develop innovative, actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Communicate complex topics clearly across multiple stakeholders, including Compliance, Technology, Product and Marketing.
• Exceptional partnership skills and the ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
