The successful Strategy Associatewill work closely with the Director of Pricing/Promotion Strategy to surface the right actionable analyses and data-driven insights to help leadership drive better corporate strategy and major pricing/promotions decision-making.
This is a key and highly visible role that will require close collaboration with executives and is instrumental to overall business success.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Independently develop pricing and product models and analysis to help guide executive thinking and decision making
• Develop pricing insights and track industry trends/channel checks to feed into executive recommendations
• Assess, execute and track the effectiveness of in-season promotions
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns and trends behind pricing/promotions/customer activity.
• Act as a thought partner in managing pricing and promotional risk
• Present analytical findings and pricing/promotional strategy recommendations to C-Suite
• Build in-depth product models and measure/forecast progress of various efforts against goals.
• Develop automated methods for delivering dashboard data and charts where possible.
• Collaborate with multiple departments (Marketing, Financial Products, Finance, etc.) to manage scheduled and ad-hoc analytics/data projects.
• Other job duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or equivalent.
• High degree of comfort with modeling (financial a plus), scenario analysis, working with high volumes of data and building analysis from the ground up
• Experience in client facing roles a plus.
• A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker

• Comfort working with various internal/external partners and C-suite level
