Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate communications with departments, new servicers, and other vendors via project plans and meetings as needed throughout the transfer process
• Ensure Servicing Transfers are completed in accordance to the Sale Agreements and Contracts that have been agreed upon and signed by all parties
• Monitor MSR sale Holdback funds. Provide timely and relevant reporting to key stakeholders
• Establish and maintain transfer procedures for the implementation and deconversion process to include timelines, task lists, department roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate transfer team efforts to ensure timely delivery of required tasks
• Ensure that responsible departments are made and kept aware of transfer progress through meetings, task updates and other necessary communications
• Report to management on status and issues that arise from client and/or in-house team meetings
• Main point of contact for client questions, inquiries, and concerns during pre and post implementation
• Interacts and communicates with clients and internal staff to ensure concerns, inquiries, and issues are addresses timely and appropriately
• Utilizes Footprints or other Client Relations email management system for tracking of inquiries
• Coordinates and conducts proactive client conference calls and meetings – for all functional areas with proposed agenda to ensure prepared for meeting and follow up/final resolution
• Responsible for all training and implementation for new clients and new personnel within Client’s shop
• Take ownership regarding all aspects of Client satisfaction
• Requests or produces ad hoc reports as requested during the transfer process
• Maintain and update Policies and Procedures as necessary
• Prepare documents for internal and external auditors as requested
• Assist with special projects and assignments
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 5+ years comprehensive mortgage industry experience
• Demonstrated Project Management Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent communication, research and problem resolution skills required
• Black Night MSP system experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented personality with the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prioritizes work effectively while meeting deadlines
• Adapts quickly to changing requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers and outside clients in a team environment to attain common goals
