The Annuity Sales Representative is responsible for helping our prospect and uncovered customers with annuity planning. They represent the direct channel, supporting our web, marketing and advertising call volume and outbound lead programs. The ASRs are experts in our annuity offering and how our solutions are used as part of the overall retirement plan.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• 4 to 7 years of financial services experience
• Both inbound and outbound sales experience
• Must have Series 7 and 63, 66 preferred, insurance license within 30 days of hire
• Knowledge of investment and insurance solutions and concepts
The Annuity Sales Representative works with a diverse caller base to determine appropriate products and strategies---matching solutions to the needs of the client. They also assist clients in creating retirement plans.

• Outstanding sales and customer experience processes and results
• You are able to manage your own day, develop your own pipeline and innovate your sales process
• You are well versed in CSS language and have a basic knowledge of our insurance products and solutions.
• You need to have experience dialing outbound and using sales language to engage customers via an outbound call.
• You are internally motivated to help customers, drive results and improve our business
• You need to have great communication skills to help customers and an in depth knowledge of Fidelity planning strategies and solutions.
• You bring a positive attitude and passion as you contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas and assisting other team members drive positive client outcomes

• Our insurance products play a key role in helping customers achieve their retirement and financial goals. The Annuity Specialists plays a key role in creating and implementing retirement plans.
• You are responsible for evolving the sales process and providing feedback to our business partners to improve our products, processes and solutions.
• The Annuity Specialist represents a senior sales role in our site and our Client Service & Sales organization. You are expected to act as a leader.
