Position Overview

We are seeking an Ops Change Management Professional to join the UW Closing Operations business production support team. This individual will be responsible for the daily business baseline production support of 3 Loan Advisor Suite applications. Key duties include 2nd level escalation support, major incident business operations support, application change management, data governance, risk management, system reporting, system & process documentation, testing execution, and business requirements writing.
Responsibilities Include:
• Daily issue escalation support via Salesforce & mailbox for production and customer test environments.
• On-call business production support including after-hours and weekends.
• Business requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Business process modeling and data analysis.
• Business process flows and procedures.
• User Acceptance Testing and deployment validation testing.
• Communicate effectively when working with key business and IT partners.
• Manage enhancements, break fixes, and small projects independently and as part of a team.
• Identify and develop process improvements.
• Risk identification, tracking, and mitigation.
• Relationship management with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Meeting facilitation including agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation development.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of both primary and secondary mortgage markets.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, change management, or operations related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data querying, and data reporting.
• Ability to multi-task, ask questions, and learn business processes quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Assertive problem solving and business analysis skills.
• Capable of working within a team as well as an individual contributor.
• Ability to elicit and create effective test case scenarios.
