Citizens Commercial Banking is currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate within our Treasury Solutions Northeast Sales team supporting 3 Treasury Sales Specialist’s. The portfolio consists of Middle Market clients in Not for Profit and General industries in the New England territory. This is a great opportunity to work with a top regional bank and exceed customer expectations through innovation and commitment through our integrated treasury platform.
• Identify revenue opportunities - utilize TS data to find cross sell opportunities (ex. – client with lockbox and no image, cash but no card, etc.)
• Track new loan activities to verify TSS is engaged
• Review TSS Dashboard and loser/gainer reports to identify potential loss of business
• Assist in managing realized revenue reports for cash, card and trade to identify: billing issues, revenue not ramping up as expected, etc.
• Gather pipeline updates for fee flow meetings/Sr. Management weekly reporting
• Responsible for client calling preparation - Utilize social media/resources (i.e.; LinkedIn, OneSource, Hoovers) to indentify industry/market news and trends.
• Maintain/manage client facing materials - building a pitch database
• Vendor template coordination for Card/ePayables/Paymode deals
• Manage ad hoc sales projects as assigned by Sales Manager (example pricing, product changes, data gathering)
Qualifications
• Previous sales support experience desirable, preferably in Financial Services/Treasury Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees, including senior executives
• Has a clear sense and ability of when and why to escalate conflicts, concerns, issues
• Ability to prepare professional client presentations using PowerPoint
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and use own discretion when faced with decision making
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• This role can be located in Boston, Manchester, NH, or Providence, RI
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• Bachelors Degree preferred
