What You'll Do
Act as primary contact for assigned Custody clients to ensure the delivery of the highest possible level of customer service.
• Oversee all activity pertinent to client account
• Facilitate trade activity (global and domestic) and monitor settlement
• Coordinate with internal operations and external vendors to meet client expectations
• Initiate and authorize domestic and foreign money movements
• Provide reporting as requested
• Review and track client invoicing
• Facilitate problem resolution, tracking issues through to completion
• Follow company/department policies and procedures in order to mitigate risk
Who You Are
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of two year's prior experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven Custody, Trust, or Securities department required
Preferred Requirements
• Experience in securities depositories procedures, wire transfer operations, and income collection payment characteristics

• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities throughout the day
• Knowledge and understanding of domestic and global securities industries
• Independent problem solving
• Customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
