As a member of the L&D Delivery Experience Team you will be responsible for delivering impactful learning solutions to the Participant Engagement organization.
The Team
Fidelity Personal Investments (PI) provides financial services and investment resources to help individuals achieve their financial goals. As a member of the Learning and Development function within PI, you and your team will deliver, new hire, and upskilling training to thousands of PI Phones associates per year.
The Expertise You Have
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience which includes leading learning experiences for Client Services
• Series 7, 63
The Skills You Bring
• Expert learning delivery skills: Facilitation, Presentation, Coaching, Virtual Training
• Possesses specialized functional knowledge of the PI Client Services organization
• Aligns learning delivery and outcomes with business priorities
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with business partners and associates located in the field
• Your ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
The Value You Deliver
• Leading high-impact learner experiences that drive associate proficiency, performance, and results nationally
• Supporting Client Services class participants across the retail contact centers, including associates and managers
• Synthesizing input regarding associate capabilities to facilitate and direct improvements across the organization
• Consulting with aligned functions and L&D business partners to design, develop, and implement impactful training solutions
• Improving associate proficiency through coaching interactions
• Maintains and strengthens key relationships with L&D as well as in support of the Participant Engagement organization
• Utilizes Agile routines to identify program design enhancement opportunities and execute on design improvements including content revisions & maintenance
• Uses expert business acumen and ability influence direct improvements within and across the organization
