Job Description
• Accountable for user experience design and implementation of initiatives across the product roadmap
• Manage the full product lifecycle from acquisition through servicing
• Own account servicing and marketing communication strategy
• Manage internal and external product stakeholder relationships
• Write business requirements for product features and functionality
• Work with IT Development to understand and implement requirements that meet business needs
• Become SME for product offering and supporting systems
• Accountable for User Acceptance Testing
• Manage legal and compliance product reviews, approvals, audit and exam requests
• Work with Marketing to execute marketing campaigns, product branding, and messaging across all channels
• Drive external and internal product adoption through training, communications, management reporting, and documentation tools
• Manage product KPIs including monitoring and reporting
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline required.
Experience
• Min of 5 plus years combined product management and IT product experience
Skills
• Demonstrated ability in launching product features and enhancements
• Experience managing a financial services product offering with measurable results
• Ability to lead agile development team
• Must be able to prioritize and set realistic timelines with competing priorities
• Partner with Risk, Marketing, and IT to drive product strategy and business requirements
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure product adheres to regulatory requirements
• Must be able to analyze data, monitor product performance, identify trends, problems and opportunities
• Experience working in close partnership with technical teams, operations, finance and other business stakeholders
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
