Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking a VP of Sales Development to join our growing Insurance team. You’ll be connecting with and providing the Chief Sales Officer and Business leadership monthly reports on the status of Producers, in individual development plans and overall progress towards reaching annual goals. Strategize with Sales Force Development team and Producers on writing new revenue that aid in meeting annual production goals. Participate with Chief Sales Officer and HUB employed recruiters in recruiting, screening and interviewing potential producer candidates.
Other tasks include Collaborating with vertical specialty practice group leadership in training for differentiation and writing differentiation strategies. Also to facilitate producer collaboration with Regional Marketing Manager on planning and executing all steps of HUB participation at Northwest based tradeshows and events.
Other responsibilities of the VP of Sales Development role include:
• Timely CRM sales reports and auditing integrity of data
• Supporting the professional quality of sales presentation and coaching producers to leverage Strategic Resource Manager and Regional Marketing Manager resources for providing best in class sales content including media, events, presentations, etc.
• Create and maintain division specific recruiting profiles for enhancement of efforts with HUB employed recruiters.
• Drive growth in active prospects in our pipeline to support sales strategies and goals
• Conduct regular client facing joint sales calls with each producer with critical reflective analysis, coaching for improvement and effectiveness.
You’re Great At
Ideally you’ll be well versed in sales, marketing training and development, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 5 years’ experience and if you have worked with CORE before that is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
