Position Overview

In this new role, you will be a key part of ensuring ongoing support of key deliverables and initiatives.
Your work falls into three primary categories:
Change Management and Analysis
•Identify and develop opportunities to enhance operations through technology, from uncovering opportunities through solution design and implementation across multiple technology platforms
•Provide support for system enhancements, initiatives and maintenances activities
•Review and reconcile usage, other reporting for business units and invoice reconciliation
Systems Administration
•Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum systems performance and business/technology need matching
•Continually explore system capabilities to enhance the value proposition for users
•Engage with internal and external resources to ensure continued system uptime
Operations Support
•Partner with end users on troubleshooting, engage business users on potential areas of opportunity
•Minimize risk management and support of business operations and business continuity
Qualifications
•Typically 3-5 years of relevant work experience
•BA Degree in any field required
•Familiarity with/certification I change management methodology
•Capability to act as a subject matter expert on related business functions/applications
•Familiarity with/experience in creating detailed business unit requirements
