The Operations Strategy and Analytics Lead is responsible for serving as an operational leader. This role is focused on using process optimization, data analytics, and reporting to drive performance. The role’s mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. This role will explore data using quantitative analytics across large datasets and apply the learnings into the product landscape.
Major Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy and process optimization.
• Create and manage the operational analytics infrastructure for assigned line of business.
• Research and create ad-hoc analysis to support product priorities.
• Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives while working across multiple teams.
• Create and present findings and recommendations to Sr. Leadership.
• Develop and manage operational processes.
• Build and create reporting to support areas of ownership.
• Create strong relationships with multiple operational execution teams.
• Work closely with the Credit Risk and Second Line of defense fraud teams in development, approval and implementation of strategy.
Qualifications
Education, Licensure, Years of Experience, and Type of Work Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services, with demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategy.
• Knowledge of data sources and tools available.
• Strong analysis and reporting skills, and prior experience in SQL and/or SAS.
• Experience working with and well-versed in compliance requirements.

• Ability to work in small teams and maximize team effectiveness.
• Enthusiasm, drive, and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to continually engage team in developing best practices in the performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).

• Strong oral and business writing communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical/problem- solving skills, attention to detail/accuracy, and flexibility in work assignments.
• Ability to work well with others to overcome obstacles and problems in a changing environment.
• Time management skills and ability to priority your work flow effectively.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
