As a Lead Systems Integrator, you will be a member of the banks’ Platform Integration team. This role drives innovation and process improvements as well as mentor other System Integration analysts. This position develops and implements solutions to integrate applications across the Company/Division. Additionally, this role analyzes and evaluates existing and proposed IT systems and procedures, provides integrations requirements/technical solutions that align with architectural strategy and established technical standards. This position will assess and improve provisioning process efficiency, and drive solution delivery. Lastly, the integrator is responsible for delivery of IT Infrastructure commitments in accordance with project commitments and technical standards across the IT Infrastructure teams.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience including 2 or more years cross platform (AIX/Windows/Linux) infrastructure solutions including network, storage, and firewall provisioning requirements.

High school diploma or GED and 12 years of experience including 2 or more years cross platform (AIX/Windows/Linux) infrastructure solutions including network, storage, and firewall provisioning requirements.
Additional Requirements:
• Possess broad knowledge of a bank’s internal systems, networks, operating systems, interfaces and processes.
• Possess strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and solve problems.
• Proficient in software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio, Test automation software.
• Strong experience creating and driving technical documentation.
• Adherence to IT processes, ITIL principles and Project Management methodologies.
