Senior Financial Analyst - Sales
You will take ownership of:
• Provide a broad range of financial and operational support to our client’s Sales team in conjunction with team leader
• Provide deep dive analytics around client’s sales force coverage, pipeline and productivity
• Manage Headcount for both the sales and analytics departments
• Review and present regular financial results packages for management; analyzing performance against forecasts and operational metrics, as well as historical revenue and expense trends
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes, and propose improvements to streamline the collection, use, and presentation of data
• Manage ad hoc special projects or analysis including revenue, sales metrics and/or operational analytics for decision support to management
We expect you to have:
• BS in accounting or finance
• 5-7 years of financial modeling, planning, reporting and analysis experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work with large amount of data, while succinctly summarizing conclusions for management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with ability to deal with changing priorities
We’d love to see:
• Exceptional skill in MS Excel and Powerpoint, MS Access
• Experience in financial services or a financial data provider
• MBA
