Description
The Treasury Management PCARD Implementation Specialist I, II, is responsible for working directly with delivery of services to our high value external clients and internal business partners via telephone, email, online requests and in person within the wholesale channel. The primary responsibilities for this position involve assisting high value clients with onboarding products and services which are more complex and require a more consultative approach. This role will handle requests of the most complex nature, answering questions and coordinating the implementation in a project like manner.
Responsibilities include completing a business requirements document and project plan, scheduling and leading ongoing status meetings and coordinating both externally and internally all work needed to complete the implementation as appropriate with a high level of quality. Updating appropriate system with each interaction. Completes these duties within service level agreements (SLAs) and commitment to customer service. Pro-actively interacts and collaborates with internal business partners to ensure customer service requests are understood and met. Ensures compliance with established bank policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements. Utilizes independence in solving problems and making decisions. Works within established guidelines, with complex or unusual situations being discussed with manager. Ensures duties are carried out in an efficient and cost effective manner. Efforts are focused on achieving maximum customer service.
Key Activities:
• Consults with client to ensure our products are implemented to their maximum use to meet the client’s business needs.
• Ensures business requirements are captured accurately.
• Establishes strong client relationships; assists clients with questions and provides answers, referrals or solutions.
• Follows up with clients to ensure problems are solved.
• Monitors work queues and complete assigned tasks within SLAs.
• Maintains open communication with internal business partners and Product Managers.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Requirements/Education/Experience:
• Specialist II
◦ College Graduate and experience in a related field.
◦ 5 or more years related banking experience; with knowledge of treasury products or project management experience
◦ Subject matter expertise in one or more (ACH, Lockbox, Electronic Bill Pay or PCARD)
◦ Strong communication skills; with ability to listen to clients and respond from a client’s perspective.
◦ Strong time management and organizational skills evidenced in previous assignments
◦ Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products and keyboarding skills
◦ Self-starter, works with minimal direction
◦ Strong verbal and written communication skills
◦ Interpersonal skills and team orientation
◦ Service orientation
◦ Ability to meet deadlines
• Specialist I
◦ College Graduate preferred. High School graduate required or similar certificate and equivalent experience in a related field acceptable.
◦ At least 4 years related banking experience; with knowledge of treasury products or project management experience
◦ Subject matter expertise in one or more (ACH, Lockbox, Electronic Bill Pay or PCARD)
◦ Strong communication skills; with ability to listen to clients and respond from a client’s perspective.
◦ Strong time management and organizational skills evidenced in previous assignments
