Provide business and system analysis for FirstCitizens.com digital channels; serving as a liaison between Program/Product Managers, IT, 3rd party vendors, and key internal stakeholders. Serve as a thought-leader and consultant for the business, leading all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and projects that vary in size and/or complexity -- and support those functions for large cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives. Assist team with strategy execution. Create and coordinate test plans. Track product or channel adoption and usage statistics. Provide operational updates to Program/Product Managers regularly. Perform day-to-day operational support and serve as the first line of escalation for the organization. Escalate issues to IT and/or 3rd party vendors, when appropriate. Mentor other analysts as needed.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of business analysis experience or 4 years working in the financial services industry as a business analyst
-OR-
High School diploma/GED with 12 years of business analysis experience or 8 years working in a financial services industry as a business analyst

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Adherence to process and methodology requirements
• Experience working with SEO/Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Brightedge, etc.)
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Ability to quickly make informed decisions and apply sound business judgment
• Review the team’s work to ensure compliance to standards and best practices
• Be an owner in defining and overseeing overall development/data governance and standards.
• Specialized knowledge in the CMS practices and trends
Preferred Qualifications:
• Possesses an understanding of the internet, web application development and system design
• Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Financial and/or Accounting experience
• Experience with Digital Acquisition/Sales
