Partners closely with business partners to solve and implement new international partnerships. Responsible for coordinating with internal and external parties to complete implementation of new partnerships on the network.
*This role is located in Riverwoods (IL) but remote candidates in Florida will also be considered. This role will support the Latin American region.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for onboarding new network alliance relationships to the network. Manages and coordinates certification. Ensures alliance partners are in compliance with operating rules and regulations.
• Provides support to the network alliance partner. Researches complex situations and provides support with operations. Shares subject matter expertise with the network alliance partner.
• Researches complex situations during project launch. Analyzes end-to-end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues, and supports participants with operations for project launch.
• Supports business development teams to expand network alliance relationships. Assists with contract negotiation and due diligence.
• Mentors team members. Executes department initiatives. Leads the department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
• Bachelor’s Degree Business, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Payments, International Payments Experience, Chip Card Implementation, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
• 6+ years of experience in Payments, International Payments Experience, Chip Card Implementation, or related field
• In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in Payments, International Payments Experience, Chip Card Implementation, or related field
• Fluent Spanish speaker
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
