Description
The Director in Business Operations is responsible for the management, leadership, training and development of Business Operations. The primary goal will be to lead, support and drive innovative solutions related to Experian Consumer Services (ECS) products and services, including credit monitoring, credit scores, identity theft protection, and fraud products and services. This position reports to VP, Business Operations and works closely with the Direct to Consumer and Affinity business unit leadership and functional teams.
ECS Business Operations is responsible for customer fulfillment, business operations, process governance and platform oversight. We ensure our customers get what they pay for, pay for what they get, and that they receive all of their benefits accurately and on-time. To meet our responsibility to support customers, we:
• Manage key operations
• Establish and validate KPI’s, SLA’s, thresholds and escalation procedures.
• Define auditing and reconciliation requirements and collaborate with others to deliver measurements and reports
• Manage vendor relationships (payment processors, printing agencies, email providers, fraud services)
• Drive initiatives to deliver process improvements and/or increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide operational oversight and risk management of business services and products
• Provide continuous business process improvement
• Domestic or international travel may be required
Education and/or Experience
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Requires 10+ years’ of prior business, operational or financial analysis experience in the enterprise software industry,
• with a financial services company, or with an internet software company.
• 7+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
Specific Knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of business unit’s products and services.
• Strong knowledge of business unit’s industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Experian IT infrastructure, services, and emerging technologies.
• Strong process and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of business systems applications programming.
Supervisory Responsibilities

• resources actions. May provide input on hiring decisions in other areas.
